Qualitative Interview Process

This kind of interview in research is unique in the way it is conducted compared to structured interviewing processes since it needs a schedule of questions including prearranged and never changing the wording. It is asked in a certain way so that respondents all respond to identical stimuli. In qualitative interviews, the evaluator has a more passive and adaptive duty giving direction to topic areas.

Ø No one can’t verify the results of the research

Ø It is labor-intensive approach
