1. Globalization is an issue that have attracted the concern of various researchers world from the year 2015 to present. The world can be currently be viewed as a small village as businesses have adopted international expansion which facilitates economic development and cultural exchange.
2. Globalization has affected local businesses through high competition that leads to collapsing of some sectors. People are easily losing their cultural values by adapting new behaviors associated with risky events.
3. Local businesses should adopt new strategies aimed at increasing their competitive advantage over their international rivals. Leaders should empower cultural activities aimed at retaining the norms that are useful to the future generations.
4. Globalization as current issues affecting the society has both advantage and disadvantage that therefore people should perform critical evaluation to benefit from it.
