feminization of work
The feminization of work refers to the mechanisms through which the gender composition of a profession shifts to the point where women outnumber males. Many occupations are gender divided, with men predominating in higher-paying jobs and women holding the majority of lower-paying jobs.
The pressure caused by the cultural turn, in which issues of fairness, opportunity, and redistribution in a society overcome economic inequities and find more balance to battle income disparity, social exclusion, and cultural imperialism, is known as feminization of the labor industry(Jones III & e.t.l).
