George Herbert Mead, in his lectures at the University of Chicago over the course of
the period of 1894- 1931, was able to thoroughly crystalize the basic ideas of this
theory. George Herbert Mead is an American Philosopher and social scientist. He is best
known for his theory of" I" and" Me." He had drifted away from his religious belief and became an activist. His students collected to him a book after his death, containing his ideas thet they wrote in his lectures. Under the title:( Mind, Self, and Society, 1934). Mead begins by analyzing the communication process and classifying it into two calegories: Symbolic conmection. And non-syrmbolic conection. As for symbolic connection, it clearly emphasizes the use of ideas and concepts, so that language is important for the connection process between people in different situations. Therefore, the social system is the product of actions which are made by members.
