Most people strive to live a healthy lifestyle. For some it’s easy, while for others it’s a daily struggle. The health behavior change project is a great way for people, who want to make a change, start trying something they didn’t before. I was told it takes about 28 days to form a habit and if you do the health behavior change project you can possibly form a new habit that can lead to a healthier lifestyle. This change can lead to you feeling better in more ways than one. When you think about the health behavior change project, many want to do something that is slightly challenging but also tangible. People don't want to do something they wouldn’t be able to do. That would be a waste of time. People often suggest proper dieting especially when faced by adverse health conditioning. Their goal mainly is avoiding junk foods and manufactured sugar products. Accomplishing this goal will rely more than just their will. However, that's not the case. The same people will continue to consume the same junk and sugars they ought to avoid and ignore their underlying health issue, or the problems that are caused by these foods. Behavior change is hard. It takes a lot of thought to not only think of a behavior that you want to change, but to actually do it and change.
