During our life course, both nature and nurture may or may not be playing an equal role in developing our own independent ‘self’. In your own life course till now, what (nature or nurture) would you consider to be a significant role played in your own socialisation process, and why?

The nurture of how parents raised me played a big role in my socialization process as was taught to to socialize well with other people in the society. Nurture played a significant role in the entire socialization process as the behavior taught enhanced effective socialization with others.
