People who do not have respect for diversity may have various effects such as;
a) Loss of potential friends who feel disrespected out of their tribe, race, or religion.
b) Loss of employment from organizations that have clear-cut rules on diversity in employment.
c) The person may face rejection from others leading to stigmatization.
d) The person will lack opportunities of employment, meeting visa requirements will be a challenge.
e) The person will create a bad image about his background, make his/her colleagues be less likely to let their voices be heard.
