A voluntary organisations as non government and non-profit driven,autonomous and non-statuory, run by individuals who are not paid for running the organisation. An example of a voluntary organisation is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It is one of the most powerful organizations in the world. Each year, people are trying to get out of poverty by improving new technologies, investing in new opportunities, or even finding a new job. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation believe that woman and girls have the power to redesign societies by investing in their health and empowerment especially in tge rulal areas of African countries. They believe that is has an effect that is passed down to empower the woman throughout their communities and world, which have an effect for generations to come.
Another voluntary organisation is the American Red Cross.The American Red Cross is an international organization that has services that reach on global level- ethical
values that supports its employee’s values is a must. To the services that the American Red Cross provides; from Relief crisis to special funding to Armed Forces Emergency Services- Ethical values should be nothing less than moral. The idea of knowing that your employer has the same ethical values in which supports your ethical values is required on a certain level. American Red Cross plays a Neutrality part on a global scale especially in providing essential services among marginalised and rural communities worldwide.
