(a) Weak institutions in terms of resources which affects their functionality making basic education to become more complex to the providers.

Undue influence which interferes with individuals ' self esteem as power is misused by those appointed to lead the union.

Lack of content among the teacher due to lack of proper training and knowledge which interfere with normal delivery of basic education.

Limited learning time as a lot of opportunities are wasted which could have been utilized wisely sharing knowledge among the learners.

(b) Covid 19 has resulted in making the institution even more weak as individuals sources of income have been interfered with thus interfering with their normal functionality.

During the pandemic union leaders have continued to misuse the power granted to influence others lives negatively.

Covid 19 has interfered with mental stability thus it is not easy for teachers to concentrate on content delivery.

The pandemic has resulted to restrictions on movement thus more time wastage which is constrain to basic education.
