The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, also referred as the Total Energies 2021 African Cup of Nations for sponsorship reasons is planned to be the 33rd edition of the African Cup of Nations organized by the Union of African Football (CAF). This contest is scheduled to be hosted by Cameroon and will take place from 9 January to 6 February 2022. This contest was initially scheduled to take place in June to July 2021 but CAF reveals in January 2021 that due to Climatic Conditions during this period the tournament was a push to January 2022.
