Teachers must teach pupils to be flexible to multiple organizations, cultures, and schedules in the twenty-first century. Furthermore, teachers should instill a strong set of values in their students. To establish appropriate behavior, the latter require ethics. Furthermore, learners require soft skills to use in their day-to-day communication.
