What is the difference between primary and secondary cultural conflicts?

Primary Culture Conflict

occurs when the norms of the native culture are unacceptable in the new, dominant culture of the society in which a person lives while Secondary Culture Conflict occurs when the norms of one social grouping are defined as criminal by another social grouping within the same culture. (different segments within a single cultural group have contradictory norms governing a particular aspect of social behavior)
