Management

          I agree with the statement that management is undoubtedly one of humankind’s most important inventions. Management is considered as the foundation for minimizing wastage of raw materials during the production process. Shahbazi (2015) noted that material-efficient management helps in optimizing certain aspects of production, such as the time inventory management system and maximization of profits. Inventing management techniques and strategies ensures that an organization obtains maximum revenue from every dollar of raw materials input used. It is an essential aspect in enhancing proper utilization of limited resources. Organizations commonly use management objectives as a parameter for enhancing efficiency and establishing a feasible plan.  Through management, an entity can establish a viable organizational structure that will improve productivity in the long run.
