According to Ballantine and Hammock (2012), there are four common aspects of education. They include the ability to foster children to think creatively as well as cultivation of a global mindset in the students. Additionally, Ballantine and Hammock co template that education should be characterised by training sessions on children on effective approaches to problem-solving. It should also involve fostering respect for each other as it should offer platforms for people to socialize, integrate and place each society member at a respectable position. However, this promotes social inequality in the society especially when the use of the tracking and standardized testing is used in the school set up.
