Do all children develop various skills and abilities at the same time? If not, why?

All children do not develop various skills and abilities at the same time. Though kids develop in the same order, their various skills and abilities vary in time because they are brought up in different parenting, nutrition, behaviors, social, and cultural practices. Consequently, the rate of developing skills such as social life, speech and language, motor, and abilities will also vary.
