a) Every child has a basic right to education every child has unique characteristics, interests, abilities and learning needs education services should take into account these diverse characteristics and needs those with special educational needs must have access to regular schools.

b) The requirements for advancement of social cohesion and democracy include freedom of assembly, association and speech, inclusiveness and equality, citizenship, consent of the governed, voting rights, freedom from unwarranted governmental deprivation of the right to life and liberty, and minority rights.

c) The concept of the inclusive education was formed on the belief that education is a principal human right and that it creates a foundation for a more reasonable society. All students have the right to get an education, in spite of their individual qualities and problems. The most significant principle in making any type of inclusion successful is the ability of teachers and students to weave relationships.
