Answer

Some months ago, I had this habit of eating street foods and drinks. I tented to eat street food all the time without even knowing whether it was clean it not. After some time, I began experiencing stomachache, and I also developed a fever. When I visited the hospital, the nutritionist diagnosed that I had an infection and stomach bacteria. The nutritionist asked me if I ate unclean food, and I told her that I usually eat street food. She asked me to stop eating that food, and I then decided to change my health-related behavior. Changing wasn't easy for me since I would be okay for a few days, then I was back to the same routine the other days. I can relate my experience with the stages of change model. This model focuses on our readiness to change in certain health-related behaviors. Yes, if I had known this behavioral change idea before, I would have understood the changing process and how to get about it.
