Nurses work to educate patients, encourage healthy habits, share their knowledge, and assist patients in healing in every area of healthcare. Nurses can assist community members with recommendations for other services, resources, and classes while guiding patients and their families.

I will seek out opportunities to speak in front of the class in order to build confidence and assist my peers in learning. When the teacher asks the class for responses, I will raise my hand even higher. I will have raised my hand at least five times to answer questions by the end of the week.
