Follow the 'top down methodology for building a corporate web application' (Artz, 1996) to write a proposal for an existing website
A corporate Web application is a corporate information system that makes use of World Wide Web technology to give internal and external users convenient access to a variety of corporate information resources from a variety of platforms in geographically dispersed locations. Corporate Web apps are different from corporate web pages in that they fulfill a specific set of business objectives in addition to providing a web presence. There are two methods to Web application development, as with all forms of information systems: stepdown and evolutionary. The exploratory nature of evolutionary development makes it ideal for learning about technology and application domains.
