To my opinion, both formal and informal communications are necessary forme to use to communicate to my colleagues in an organization. Formal communication will enable them to take seriously what I present to them in meetings. On the other hand, informal communication will enable them to be free with me, thus; they will be in a position of communicating any ideas that they have to me.
