3.1 Adolescence is the time when a person transitions from childhood to adulthood. It involves significant physical and psychological transformations in a young individual`s life. Recognizing what to expect at different stages of adolescence and early adulthood might help to encourage healthy development.

3.2

- Peer pressure: Adolescents' moral growth is tested in real-life settings, frequently in conjunction with peer pressure to behave or not behave in certain ways. Adolescents acquire more complicated views on morality, or what is right or bad, as they become increasingly independent.

-Society and Culture, The moral development of an individual is also influenced by the overall social environment. For this basis, the moral behavior of members of cultured civilizations differs significantly from that of members of uncivilized cultures.

-Romance and sexual activity, Romantic partnerships tend to become more common as adolescence progresses. By the age of 15, 53% of adolescents had been in a romantic relationship for at least one month in the past 18 months.

-Family; Adolescence is characterized by a quick shift in one's role within a clan. Young children tend to express themselves fiercely, but they do not have much say in family choices until early adolescence when they are increasingly recognized as equals by their parents.

3.3

- Kindness is important. Always be courteous to everyone you encounter throughout the day from your spouse and children to your coworkers and the grocery store checkout clerk.

-Listen. Respect begins with listening to what another individual has to say

-Affirm. When we affirm someone, we are demonstrating that they are important.

- When someone has helped you, be grateful.

- When you have made a mistake, apologize. When you make a mistake, you are not entitled to a raise.
