Systems theory argues that public relations practitioner should perform various duties such as;

a) planning publicity strategies and campaigns. In Kwasizabantu mission scenario, the campaigns should involve sensitizing people on the child abuse and human rights violations arising from the mission.

b) They should constantly watch actions, and get feedback from stakeholders and the public in order to make the necessary changes to the organization to fit within the environment and reach a goal state of equilibrium like in Kwasizabantu should ensure they act on allegations of rape, child abuse, and human rights violations towards a harmonious society.

c)  writing and producing presentations and press releases such in matters of concern on the evils taking place in Kwasizabantu.
