1. Promotional issue: Many Cameroonian does not believe e-shopping because of the security risk in transactions.
2. Online payment issue: Unavailability of payment method option.
3. Internet speed and cost: The people of Cameroon do not have the sufficient internet speed or the cost of the internet charges are too high.
