What type of networking and equipment should be used to link together the three buildings and how will overall Internet access be provided for the company?

For linking of the 3 buildings (3 branches) can be used 10 GB Ethernet cable (10GBase-T). It is the pretty cheap for this situation but has a lot of advantages, such as bandwidth. It can be used on the 100 meter distance (cat 6e or 7). For connection also we can use cisco switches Catalyst 2960 with PoE for the VoIP working. As a centralized Internet connection in one of the buildings, we can install a server with a firewall.
