Ethernet deals with two computers transmitting at the same time:

When two computers are connected over the Ethernet, and trying to communicate to each other, and transmitting the data at the same moment of time, then collision will take place. When this collision will happen then computer's Ethernet card will wait a random moment of time then try again. If collision happen again then again it wait a random moment of time but time limit of transmission will increase. For example: Suppose two person are trying to communicate to eache other, if both person will speak at the same moment of time, then due to voice collision, noise will produce, so if one will speak then other will wait and listen the first and then first one will stop to speak and start listen and second will speak, similarly for the computer Ethernet also.

modern Ethernet networks increase performance:

The given network management technique can boost the Ethernet performance

1) Make Ethernet switches manageable and then manage.

2) Gigabit Ethernet should be Gigabit.

3) Network error don't just happen, find the root cause.
