Moreover it includes creating political, social, environmental, economic, military and cultural systems that provide people with the basic elements for survival, dignity and existence. Human security is aimed at overcoming the following types of threats: the organized crime, contract killings and intimidation associated with violence, threats and other similar actions; the use of various types of weapons, explosive devices, radioactive substances; crimes on ethnic grounds against specific individuals or groups, etc.
