Tacit knowledge involves the use of insights and intuitions and may come from personal and professional experiences. In the classroom some students understand certain units better than others meaning that some students will automatically be better in these units than the others. It is therefore important for the Namibia University of Science and technology to be able to manage tacit knowledge and apply it in classrooms. The university can manage knowledge through having interactive classrooms where students are able to share insights with other students. Even though tacit knowledge can not be it can be helpful through sharing of insights and observation.
