If I was to create a community engagement program for the three typologies of communities, I would select community building, community education and community organizing. I would select these typologies of community because community building involves projects that intentionally bring people together to simply get to know one another, community education deals with projects that provide instructional services or curricula, or serve to educate the public about a social issue, and community organizing deals with projects that bring people together with the goal of solving a community issue.
