How has the war of terror affected the Caribbean political systems

Terror has not affected most of the Caribbean countries for the past 17 years. The non-state actors have spillover terror to attain political gain. The political systems of the Carribean countries, therefore, have been forced to support the terrorism societies for them to survive in politics.
