1. Politics of environment refers to both the environmental politics as well as the academic discipline of study which focuses on the three key elements. In many geopolitical levels, the examination of public policymaking and execution affects the environment.
The three concepts of environmental politics are;
a) Lawsuit.
b) Economic policy tools.
c) Command and control.
2.States regulate their environment through the Environmental Protection Agency in order to safeguard human health and the environment at large.
The implications of disobeying these laws are fines and jail. The maximum penalty for offenses tried in Magistrates' court is generally an unlimited fine or jail term of six months.
