Non-formal institutions play an important role in the education system in that they closely work better to meet the individual needs of students. As the non-formal institution is focused on the student, it helplessly presents flexible features as regards the initially established and adopted procedures, objectives, and contents. It is, therefore, quicker to react in face of the changes that may affect the needs of students and of the community.
