a)     There is tremendous and extreme petty crime and violent crime in Cabo Delgado province of Mozambique. The offense is triggered by the level of poverty in the nation. There is scarce employment and financial stability, which increases rates of crime and insecurity.

b)     The insurgency in northern Mozambique was triggered by the province's growing rate of poverty and disparity. Mozambique's province Cabo Delgado, is where the recent attacks happened, is gifted with precious natural resources.
