Peace and Order

Peace and order should be led by the police. I would create guidelines or rules for the tourist and give the local police the freedom to maintain peace and order without force. Additionally, I would ask the tanods and volunteers (if there are volunteers) to also help maintain and address festival-goers to follow the rules. For the festival-goers, they should follow mentioned personnel and festival guidelines.

Private Individual

Private individuals should be able to participate in the town festival while also being safe and enjoying the celebration. I would assign some escorts if there will be expected guest that could impact the town.

Programs/Activities

For programs and activities, I would do some cultural shows that would show the way of life of the townspeople. Also, paleo ng lahi, a showcase of culture through art and shows and etc. Basically, anything that reflects the town’s culture that could be enjoyable.
