Momentum operator can be given as

$\hat{p}=\frac{\hbar}{i}\frac{\partial}{\partial x}$

And velocity operator can be obtain as

$\hat{v}=\frac{\hat{p}}{m}=\frac{\hbar}{im}\frac{\partial}{\partial x}$
