Why sub atomic particles is not said to follow Newton's laws

AnswertAccirding to physics the behavior of the sub-atomic particles cannot be described by Netwon's Laws.These forces can act between two particles, and their strength and direction depend on the positions and the velocities of the particles. But in the sub atomic particles do not follow conditions of Newtonian Physics.
