The phase velocity of wave

v=a+bλv=a+b\lambda

The wave number

k=2πλk=\frac{2\pi}{\lambda}

So, the phase velocity

v=a+2πbkv=a+\frac{2\pi b}{k}

From the other side

v=ωkv=\frac{\omega}{k}

Therefore the frequency

ω=vk=ak+2πb\omega=vk=ak+2\pi b

The group velocity

vg=dωdk=av_g=\frac{d\omega}{dk}=a
