in MEMS devices, how i could get the values in order to do simulation for the formula which connect the damping ration with mechanical damping rations as follow;

ζm =Bf/M*(ψr,tip)/2* wB/wtip=Bf/M*(ψr (L + L0))/2*wB/wtip
