A probe of mass 0.20 kg is released from a height of 10 m above the surface of Mars. Assume that the gravitational field strength is uniform (the same as at the surface). Ignore air resistance. Sketch the gravitational potential energy of the probe as a function of height above the surface of Mars on the axes provided below and label this as Ug. Take potential energy at the surface of Mars as zero. Include the initial potential energy value on the energy axis. On the same axes, sketch the kinetic energy of the probe and label this as EK.
