m=\frac{d_i}{d_o}=\frac{h_i}{h_o}

Hence,

h_i=h_o\frac{d_i}{d_o}=(5\:\rm cm)*\frac{60\:\rm cm}{20\:\rm cm}=15\:\rm cm
