b)

$$V=(9\cdot10^{9})\frac{4\cdot10^{-6}}{0.3}=12\cdot10^4\ V$$

c)

$$V=(9\cdot10^{9})\frac{4\cdot10^{-6}}{0.3}=12\cdot10^4\ V$$
