As we can see from the diagram, there are four forces that act on the crate: the horizontal pulling force "F_{pull}" of 100 N directed at an angle of 30° to the horizontal, the frictional force "F_{Fr}" of 20 N directed in the opposite direction to the motion of the crate, the force of gravity (or the weight of the crate) "W"of 200 N directed downward and the force of reaction "N" that is equal in magnitude to the weight of the crate and directed upward.
