$$2h=g(t_2-t_1)(t_2+t_1)=g(t)(t_2+t_1)$$

$$t_2-t_1=t=0.48\ s$$

We need to find $h_1$.

$$2(1.9)=9.8(0.48)(t_2+t_1)$$

$$(t_2+t_1)=0.808\ s$$

$$t_1=0.5((t_2+t_1)-t)=0.5(0.808-0.48)=0.164\ s$$

$$h_1=0.5(9.8)(0.164)^2=0.13\ m$$
