The object is placed in front of the mirror at a distance of u = 50 cm

The radius of the curvature of the mirror is R = 30 cm

From the sign convention, the object distance is u = -50 cm

From the sign convention, the radius of curvature is R = -30 cm


The expression for the mirror formula is

"\\frac{1}{f}=\\frac{1}{u}+\\frac{1}{v}"


Putting all values

v=-21.42cm


Height of image

"h_i=-\\frac{h_0v}{u}\\\\=-\\frac{(-21.42*14)}{-50}\\\\=-6.21cm"
