How can you keep a constant source of light in a localized area, from a moving light source without any of it diminishing?

If the relative speed between the source and the destination will get zero then there will be a constant source of light. But if the relative motion between the source and destination be considerable as comparison to the speed of light then the intensity of the source of light will get vary.
