Why the full width at half maximum of the transmission peaks varies as the wavelength change ?

The FWHM has to do with notabsolute uncertainty in the spectral line, but with the relative one, thus it depends on the magnitude of the spectrum variable (e.g. wavelength, wave number, etc.)
