lower down the laser threshold in Nd-glass laser and achieve by lowering down it use polarizer and the half plate to reduce the intensity but this solution is really expensive.

So That is the best way to use within a microscope system. You could buy very cheap sheet polarisers to test whereby it becomes cheeper not expensive in cost.
