Rotational kinetic energy a part of total kinetic energy due to the rotation around some particular axis. It can be calculated by the formula

"\\displaystyle E = \\frac{I \\omega^2}{2}"

Here "I" stands for moment of inertia of the body, "\\omega" is angular velocity.
