The things have energy. That is they are also a form of energy. While a body is move to it is stationary it have an energy. That energy in different in the forms. So the things called living things are the only one which using enegy and transform it to another form.

No.energy is not confined to particular orgin. The energy that we get through is in certain form.

An object in rest has energy. The object in rest utilize and transform energy. That is why because we considering potential energy.

There are 2 main potential energies.

A. Graviational potential energy.

B. Elastic potential energy

8. Gravitational potential energy is depended on Mass (m), accelration due to gravity (g) and height (x)

if the speed of the object cause increasing of kinetic energy in 4 times the speed.

. Energy is not a thing. It is only part of the system particle whether is is massive or massless.
