we write

$v^2=\frac{2 \cdot E_k}{m}$

then we get

$v=\sqrt{\frac{2 \cdot E_k}{m} }=\sqrt{\frac{2 \cdot 100}{2} }=\sqrt{100 }=10[m/s]$
