F=maF=ma


The distance travelled by body

d=at22d=\frac{at^2}{2}

So

F=m×2dt2F=m\times \frac{2d}{t^2}

=1.2kg×2×2m(0.2s)2=120N=1.2\:\rm{kg}\times \frac{2\times 2\:\rm{m}}{(0.2\:\rm{s})^2}=120\:\rm{N}
